David & Jan were awesome. Being a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about the entire process. I’m a single woman with a not so great credit history. David took time to make sure I understood the loan and mortgage papers. When I did my signing with the notary he said, “Well, for a first time home buyer you really understand what you are looking at.” I told him I had worked with really good people and that I had asked a lot of questions. Jan never lost her cool with me. When I was stressed or frustrated I would ask, “Now explain what I need to do again.” Jan would just calmly tell me again (for the third time I swear.) I would recommend the team to anyone buying a home and especially someone like me who would describe myself as high maintenance 🙂

Not only did he answer every question quickly, there were few questions in the first place because he was very thorough, but also explained everything in such a way that made sense.
