He makes his job look easy (even though we know it is far from easy)! What a great guy to work with! Literally, everything from all of the important stuff (Response time, knowledge, and being upfront) all the way down to buying special treats because my 4 year old mentioned it when we were in the office one time. If I knew the process would look like this, I would have done this a LONG time ago!
