My boyfriend and I have been talking about taking the next step and buying our first home together. We thought we were crazy had some credit card debt, our credit was a little above average but nothing amazing, and best part was we had nothing in savings. You might think we were crazy and yes I would have said so as well walking into a brokers office to ask what we would qualify for. However to our surprise, David welcomed us both not even blinking an eye at our combined debt to income ratio, and no down payment. We decided to see where we stood and wanted to work towards the goal of owning a home and gave ourselves another 6 months to work on things. We were never pushed or made to feel less than at any moment. We felt like we were his only clients and always felt that he and his amazing assistant Jan would be there at any moment we needed. They have worked day and night and 6 months later we began our house hunt.
After we found our home, we found out we had to be out of our place 2 weeks early and without a blink of an eye they worked day and night and from the day we put our offer in up to our signing day they were by our side anything we needed. I extremely recommend going in to talk to David who will definitely make you feel like anything is possible. I didn’t think buying a home would be so easy and hope everyone has the chance to start the next chapter in their lives!
