We bought our first home, thanks to David Haley! It was a short sale with some difficult hoops to jump through. The requirement for owning this home was that we had to close by March 30th, but we didn’t receive this information until March 8th. We had an impossible deadline! David told us that he could get it done, so we trusted that he could. He drove out of his way to meet us to get the signatures he needed, stayed at his office for hours to get our file going. He did beyond what other banks would’ve done. We are extremely grateful for David Haley and his team. We wouldn’t be in our beautiful home, if it weren’t for him. He is an honest, respectful, intelligent man, who closed our home in less than 3 weeks. He is the only mortgage broker we will use and he is going to be highly recommended from us from now on!
