We bought our first home, thanks to David Haley! It was a short sale with some difficult hoops to jump through. The requirement for owning this home was that we had to close by March 30th, but we didn’t receive this information until March 8th. We had an impossible deadline! David told us that he could get it done, so we trusted that he could. He drove out of his way to meet us to get the signatures he needed, stayed at his office for hours to get our file going. He did beyond what other banks would’ve done. We are extremely grateful for David Haley and his team. We wouldn’t be in our beautiful home, if it weren’t for him. He is an honest, respectful, intelligent man, who closed our home in less than 3 weeks. He is the only mortgage broker we will use and he is going to be highly recommended from us from now on!

David was a tremendous help with the purchase of our first home! This home fit all of our wish lists, except for it needed some work done to the home – he even was able to get us a loan that included all of the upgrades we needed and wanted.
We would strongly recommend David Haley to all of our friends, family and co-workers – one of the most important aspects for us when it came to the loan was communication. David’s knowledge with this FHA Loan and the rehab loan helped make this process Easy.

David went above and beyond by giving us hands-on support throughout our loan approval process. He explained every document and made sure that we knew what we were getting into. David is as much an educator as a loan officer!
David was such a major help in our home loan approval process. As first time home buyers, we needed a little more hands-on support in understanding exactly where our money was going. David went the extra mile, called us whenever we had a question, responded to emails quickly, and truly showed he cared. We are happy to say that David’s support in our home funding was one of the factors that helped us know that now was right time to buy!
